What do you enjoy most about working at Trinity College?

The people! Great staff and lovely students.

How would you describe the residential community at Trinity?

Vibrant, high achieving and positive.

What’s your favourite movie?

One of my favourite films is ‘Waking Life’, which is an animated film by Richard Linklater. It follows a dreamlike narrative with snippets of thought-provoking philosophy. I love it because whenever I come back to it there’s always something new for me.

What’s an interesting story from your life or travels you’d like to share?

I went to the Dalai Lama’s 75th birthday party in Northern India. That was pretty special. There was traditional Tibetan cake, butter tea and lots of performances from different Indian dance and musical groups. It was an amazing experience.

If you could go on a return trip to any point in time in the past or future, where would you go?

Definitely the future. I want to see how we manage our current challenges and how we evolve sociologically.

What’s the most valuable piece of advice you’ve been given?

Treat others how you would like to be treated and travel as much as you can before you settle down.

What would make the world a better place?

More kindness. Towards self and others.
