Xavier Boffa is an Australian constitutional lawyer and public policy expert. He serves as the Executive Director of The Samuel Griffith Society, a prominent think tank focused on constitutional and legal reform. Boffa has authored significant research on topics such as class action reform and litigation funding, and has been featured in major media outlets including The Australian, The Spectator Australia, and Sky News Australia . He previously held advisory roles with Victorian Shadow Attorney-General John Pesutto and U.S. Congressman Ted Yoho . Boffa is also a former president of the Australian Liberal Students’ Federation.
