From early morning training sessions to the victorious thump of spoons on wooden tables, sport has played an integral role in the lives of many Trinitarians – especially football. 

With a rich history in football (dating back to as early as 1881), it's difficult to find an excuse not to celebrate!

We saw this year as the perfect time to raise a glass to Trinity's football history.

2024 marks 70 years since the intercollegiate Firsts Football premiership in 1954, 30 years since the 1994 premiership, 10 years since the men and women's 2014 premierships (the latter of which went on to win 7 in a row), and 10 years since we lost Trinity's beloved football coach and dear friend, Frank Henagan.
