2014 Conduit & Fibre Build Project
Trinity is commencing a major network improvement that will bring a more reliable and faster network service to the College.
The works – commencing on Monday 16 June 2014 – form part of a multi-year network improvement plan.
The industry standard practice is for fibre replacement every 20 years. Based on a consultant recommendation in 2013, Trinity will soon commence replacement of its main campus conduit and fibre.
Trinity sees this as an exciting phase in its commitment to providing excellence in IT infrastructure for students and staff. These works will lead to noticeable improvements in both wired and wireless services across the Trinity main campus.
