Revealed exhibition Trinity College

Trinity College's latest exhibition, Revealed: Arnhem Land Barks from the Anita Castan Collection – Yirrkala and Milingimbi, has featured in national press, today running across The Age, Sydney Morning Herald, Brisbane Times and WAToday.

The showcase of bark paintings captures an important time in Aboriginal history, having been created during a critical decade for the Yolngu people of far north-east Arnhem Land. The author notes the works as time capsules from the golden period of Aboriginal art in the 1950s and 60s.

The Revealed exhibition is on display in Trinity College's Burke Gallery, located in the Gateway Building on our main campus at 100 Royal Parade, Parkville. The gallery is open to the public on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10am–4pm.
