Gillian Triggs to Speak at Trinity College

This Sunday 21 August at 5pm in the Trinity College Chapel we welcome the fourth speaker in our Women in Leadership Sermon Series: President of the Australian Human Rights Commission, Professor Gillian Triggs.

Professor Triggs is an inspiring voice in the Australian public sphere and a champion of the vulnerable and disenfranchised.

Following the 2014 release of Forgotten Children: National Inquiry into Children in Immigration Detention Professor Triggs has featured prominently in public debates about the treatment of asylum seekers.

This promises to be a fascinating evening and is not to be missed. This is a free event and we would love to see you there.
