Congratulations to Mim Bartlett

Trinity is very pleased to congratulate Mim Bartlett (TC 1986), named on 15 October as one of the 2015 winners of the Australian Financial Review and Westpac 100 Women of Influence awards.

Mim left her corporate life as a lawyer, then marketing executive, to start her own gender diversity consultancy firm. Since 2011, she has worked with more than 600 women across Australia and New Zealand through her career resilience programs and individual coaching, to help them build self-awareness and identify their purpose, values and goals.

Mim also works to raise the profile and funding for the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre, as well as a community-based project, Reality and Risk, which helps young people to understand the influence of porn through school resource kits and a documentary film.

The 100 women were selected in 10 categories, including board and management, social enterprise, business enterprise, public policy, innovation, young leader, global, local/regional and the new list, culture.

A nine-member panel of judges – including last year’s overall winner and current Sex Discrimination Commissioner, Elizabeth Broderick, and Westpac’s Alison Deans – chose the list.
