For distinguished service to the law and to the judiciary, particularly in the areas of commercial arbitration and mediation, to judicial administration, and to legal professional organisations.

Ahmed FAHOUR, Melbourne, VIC (TC Non-Res. Tutor 1987 & Res. Tutor 1988)
For distinguished service to business, particularly in the area of postal communications, to the banking and investment sectors, and as a supporter of improved multicultural relations.
