Alumni reunite and share stories at 25th celebrations

To celebrate 25 years of FS, two reunions were held in Singapore and in Melbourne in October.

Alumni shared news of what they are doing now and where their careers have taken them since leaving Trinity. And there were lots of Trinity memories shared too!

In the beautiful Padang Restaurant of the Singapore Cricket Club, Danny Fahey, Drama Lecturer and Subject Leader, Serene Yong from agency OAL and parents of past students joined around 60 alumni to celebrate the occasion.

Attending were Yu Lin Cheong (TCFS 1991), one of the earliest students in the FS program, now a Manager in Operational Excellence at Crimson Logic, and also Pearline Teo (TCFS 1996), now running a successful recruitment firm Ashton Marc.

Allen Jordan, Managing Director of Goshen Prime, attended and Kaili Ding, now the Strategic Marketing Director at Dai International, joined us from Malaysia. It was great to see so many old faces and hear the latest news!

On 30 October around 65 FS alumni reunited with teachers Rosemary Blight, Danny Fahey, Jack Migdalek and Mei Fong in the Trinity College Dining Hall.

Yee-Fei Liew (TCFS 2003), now Manager Human Resources at SunEdison, joined fellow 2003 alumna Patricia Loh, who is now a Senior Physiotherapist at The Alfred Hospital.

It was great to see some recent graduates too. Kenny Chan, Ryan Kristanto Wirayadi and Vlad Litvinenko, all currently studying at the University of Melbourne, were keen to hear of past students’ journeys.

The audience was keen to hear about the new Careers and Alumni office at Trinity and the support we are offering FS alumni currently at the University of Melbourne in their vocational choices. We are very grateful to have alumni offering to participate in upcoming events, and to assist with our new FS Alumni Advisory Group.

If you have any questions about these initiatives, please contact our Careers and Alumni Coordinator Vivian Chan (TCFS 1996).
