Leadership Development
All students participate in a range of leadership development activities, and further select to undertake either a Creative Thinking or Science stream.
Recognising that developing leadership ability is a process of building skills and knowledge as well as overcoming fears and limits, the leadership development component has been designed to introduce students to the foundations of leadership, and provide opportunities to practise leadership and teamwork during the Summer School.
These include seminars and discussion forums, project work designed to get students working in teams, and activities designed to stimulate self-analysis and awareness.
Subject matter in the Creative Thinking and Science streams is further geared
toward enabling students to build on their leadership potentials.
