Stephan has been teaching Drama at Trinity since 1995 and is Subject Leader. In this time he has directed numerous student-devised performances, led professional development workshops in Creative Thinking for Principals and teachers in Singapore, and conducted specialised drama workshops for both the University of Melbourne Law Faculty, and with visiting international education counsellors. Previously, he worked as an actor in the Arena Theatre Company Melbourne, taught professional acting in London and Sydney, and taught Drama in Victorian secondary schools.
