Year Leaders
Trinity Red Caps: An overview
At Trinity, we have over 100 volunteer Year Leaders ('Trinity Red Caps') who work to keep alumni in touch with each other.
Red Caps act as intermediaries between the College and its alumni.
They:
- Listen to any concerns or questions from alumni and provide feedback to the College.
- Phone and/or write to nominated alumni within their year group at least once a year and help each alumnus/a feel more included in the College community.
- Gather up to date information on members of the College community so that we can inform our alumni of any up-coming events that may be relevant, and invite them to attend.
- Mention other opportunities available to alumni (eg. networking, mentoring).
