Among those named in the 2007 Queen’s Birthday Honours list are a number of alumni and friends of Trinity College. They include:

The Most Reverend Dr Peter Frederick CARNLEY
(Fellow, Assistant Chaplain
Trinity College 1962–65), Nannup, WA.
For service to religion as Primate of the Anglican Church of Australia, as a
renowned theologian, and significant contributor to international interfaith
collaboration.
AO
Dr John Barton BEST (Trinity College 1958), Balmain, NSW.
For
service to medicine and to public health through support for strategic
health research and policy development, and as a contributor to the
development of rural and remote health services and medical education
programs, particularly in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island
communities and regional Victoria.
AM
Mr James Anderson DARLING (Trinity College 1965), Keith, SA.
For service to conservation
and the environment, particularly through the development of sustainable land
management practices, to the arts, and to the community of Keith.
Mr John Wilson
GOURLAY (Fellow, Trinity College 1954), Toorak, Vic.
For service to the community as a philanthropist supporting
charitable organisations, educational institutions and business ethics
programs, and to the accountancy profession.

Barry Neil MARTIN (non-resident, Trinity College 1959), Brighton, Vic.
For service to the community
through contributions to the social welfare services of the Anglican church, to
young people at risk, to pastoral care and the promotion of ecumenism.

the community through sporting and medical organisations.
