Purpose

Academic Programs
Further develop and diversify our academic programs, ensuring high quality, innovation and a formational student experience – and emphasis on Indigenous engagement and sustainability – and to share them with an increasingly large and diverse audience.
Capital Works
Improve and expand facilities. Some highlights of capital works plans include regular improvement of student rooms and facilities; refurbishment of the Dining Hall, including creation of a café area; significant upgrades of teaching spaces and equipment; refurbishment of the Chapel and Leeper building.
Human Resources
Foster a positive, cohesive and efficient work environment that will develop and support an outstanding staff community.
Information Technology
Develop and enhance the College’s technological infrastructure and information management systems.
Process Improvement
Embed Sustainability Themes 1 and 2 in the College.
Philanthropy
Raise a three-year total of $10 million in ‘cash and pledge’ philanthropic income.
Finance
Develop the financial resources necessary to achieve our long term vision.
