Nominations open: 2014 Alumnus of the Year

The Bill Cowan Alumnus of the Year Award recognises outstanding achievements by a Trinity alumnus through 2014.

Nominations for the 2014 Alumnus of the Year Award are now open.

With over 20,000 alumni around the world, this award recognises, acknowledges and promotes prominent alumni who have made an exceptional contribution to the College or achieved outstanding success in service to the wider community in 2014.

The award is named in honour of Mr Bill Cowan who served as Chairman of the Board of the College from 2006–13, was a member of the Finance Committee from 1985, and who contributed his time and energy to countless endeavours in support of students both past and present.

The Alumnus of the Year Award is presented annually, and nominations open in October each year. It is awarded in March at the Drinks Under the Oak alumni gathering.

We encourage all alumni to submit candidates who fulfill the requirements and whom they believe should be considered for an award.

You can find more information on the award, including the application form, on the Trinity College website.
